Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a high-quality, comprehensive academic program in a loving, Christian environment. The academy is dedicated to work alongside the parent in training each child in the way that they should go (Proverbs 22:6). Realizing that God deserves our best, our teachers and students strive for excellence spiritually, physically, and mentally (Ecclesiastes 9:10)

Our PURPOSE is simple:

Shenandoah Baptist Academy exists to help the parents of Shenandoah Baptist Church and other parents who share our philosophy, practices, and principles in the training of their children, and to prepare them to serve God.

The young people that we desire to train:

The PRIORITY in which we train young people to serve God:

We believe that the education of Shenandoah Baptist Academy’s students is the responsibility of each parent.  The parents must carry out that task or delegate the responsibility to someone of their choosing.  We accept the challenge and stand accountable to the parents for the influence we exert on their children.  We are committed to provide an excellent educational program and to utilize the most appropriate  curriculum and methods in order to establish a creative, supportive, and wholesome environment for our students.

We recognize that each student has different learning styles, and it is our responsibility to provide each individual with the opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge, and attitudes needed to become a productive member of society.
